We experienced growth in every part of our business as measured by a significant increase in clients, programming, collaborative and strategic partners and profitability. With your partnership, we are honored to continue improving and expanding our programs and to providing maximum value to clients, alumni, friends and affiliates.

2017 holds the promise of new and transformative opportunities through education, networking, adventure, exploration, introspection and interactive development. Our plans are evolving; while our commitment and vision remain the same; to empower you to live, love and lead powerfully.

In wringing out 2016 and ringing in 2017, I salute the work you do as leaders. You choose to make decisions every day, often difficult ones. It is sometimes painful, as you manage emotions, exercise restraint, rehearse and debate quietly to yourselves over the right thing to do, reign in your ego and ultimately place trust in yourself, others and uncertain outcomes for the sake of the growth and development of those around you. Heroic.
