AS AN EXECUTIVE COACH…

Eunice is devoted to advancing and accelerating leaders by building both individual and organizational awareness, identifying strengths and challenges, and seizing opportunities for growth.

Earlier in her career, Eunice was a Senior Vice President of an investment advisory firm, where she was instrumental in growing and developing the firm from a start-up to a viable and sustainable growth business.  She also facilitated and led programs for a global training and development firm, where she worked with thousands of individuals on leadership development, high performance, productivity and effective communication.

A PASSION FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE…

Her charitable activities are vast and include mentoring and speaking engagements for Big Brothers Big Sisters, participating in an investor delegation to Senegal with The Hunger Project and serving as an advisory board member for Mothers' Home and FACES (Freeman Assists Community with Extra Support) with the Carl M. Freeman Foundation. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Quiet Resorts Charitable Foundation (QRCF) and has also mentored honor students at Arcadia University.

CREDENTIALS…

Eunice received an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from The University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in English from Arcadia University.  She also received a Rotary International ambassadorial scholarship to Queensland, Australia.  She is a  Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and currently serves on its Board of Directors, Philadelphia Chapter.
